Refund Process
Once we receive and inspect the returned item, we will notify you about the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, a refund will be processed using a suitable method agreed upon during communication. As we offer cash on delivery, refunds will not be processed through online payment gateways.
Non-Returnable Items
Returns will not be accepted for items that:
- Have been used or show signs of wear
- Are returned without original packaging or missing components
- Are returned outside the 1–3 day window
